Details:
In our group beginners and advanced players play together. Basic knowledge of volleyball (basic techniques and rules) is welcome.

We play naked. Knee pads, shoes and sports bra are of course allowed. After a short warm-up, we train in basic techniques and then move on to the free game.

During the winter season we regularly organize intensive trainings on Sunday (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) indoor. In summer we drive out of town for training weekends next to lakes.
